Orders Delivery
We deliver orders within Ukraine only. Other address of delivery outside Ukraine is possible, but it requires additional arrangements.
The delivery cost is 25$. We accept orders onle by e-mail. Each delivery is processed in 24 hours if you proceed with the order 2-3 days in advance.
If you make an order for the same day delivery we accept it and charge $50 as delivery fee for express delivery.
Making an order for the public holiday, make sure that you are making it 24 hours in advance before the official date of the holiday. We do not accept any orders with regular delivery fee after 24 hours before the holiday. If you need any urgent delivery order, the delivery charge will be risen up to $50 (as delivery fee)
We provide detailed instructions to the recipient on flower care. So, if flowers faded away after 24 hours after the delivery we do not accept any chargeback for the delivery.
With each delivery you get two confirmations: first when the delivery is accepted and queued for delivery, the second - when the delivery is carried out. Our couriers will take a photograph of recipient and order, and we'll send you this photo and delivery form as a confirmation of delivery in two days.
Please, note that if you do not provide a phone number or exact address of the recipient then we do not guarantee the delivery to be carried out. We do not refund money in case we've made several attempts to make the delivery to the address you've provided. After making two attempts to make the delivery we cancel the order automatically.
If you don't know exact address and phone number of recipient we ask you do not place an order. You may send us by e-mail the data about recipient (what you know) and we'll try to contact him immediately and find out all details about address and phone number.
We'll send you by e-mail the exact data about your recipient as soon as possible. And we'll do it free of charge. After getting an exact data you may fill an order form and send it us.
Money Back
Please inform us in 3 hours after placing an order and money transfer if you change your mind to buy an item. Otherwise we do not guarantee repayment.
We guarantee a delivery of the order. But if we do not deliver an order in a proper time because of emergency or mistake, we would apply an additional present to your order as a set-off.

We guarantee the delivery of your order within Ukraine within 48 hours after we get your order unless otherwise has been agreed and guaranteed.
Money Back
We guarantee money back within 3 hours after the order has been placed. Otherwise money back is not guaranteed.
Wrong addressee data
If you have indicated wrong addressee data, we guarantee partial money back for all kinds of goods except flowers and fruits. Double delivery ($50) would be charged.
Quality
We guarantee the correspondence of the goods delivered to chosen in our catalogue. We also guarantee the correspondence of description of goods in our catalogue. We also guarantee the proper quality of flowers, fruits if ordered on the moment of delivery.
